Can I bring a date?

Plus ones are welcome. Just let us know who's coming with you on the RSVP page.

Can I bring my kids?

Absolutely. There will be a kids' menu for dinner and childcare available on-site during the reception. There will be a room available with a babysitter where there will be movies, games and other fun stuff to keep them occupied.

What should I wear?

Cocktail attire. Early Spring weather in New England can be unpredictable. You probably won't need a parka but it's a good idea to be prepared with a sweater or jacket. The reception will be inside, but, weather permitting, the ceremony will be outdoors. The average high temperature on May 5th in Great Barrington is 63 and the average low is 40. In 2017, the high on May 5th was 49 and the low was 41, but just two weeks later it was 80 degrees. Check the forecast before you pack!

Getting to the venue

Parking is available on-site. We will also provide free shuttles from the venue to local hotels. Remember, there is NO LYFT OR UBER available in Great Barrington.

Cell Service

Coverage is fine in town and at the venue, but cell service can be spotty in the area, especially driving around the mountains.

Food Allergies/Dietary Restrictions?
